Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead

📋 Description

• Lead people-side of complex, technology-enabled transformations with SAP/ERP focus.
• Shape change strategies to transition organizations to new processes and systems.
• Own OCM planning, governance, and continuous monitoring across major initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership, project teams, and partners to build alignment and momentum.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading OCM for large-scale ERP/technology transformations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP platforms, with SAP S/4HANA experience preferred.
• Experience developing change communications, stakeholder engagement, readiness, and adoption
• Knowledge of organizational design, transition planning, and change impact analysis.
• Experience in manufacturing environments is required.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and collaboration skills across levels.
