📋 Description

• Lead people-side of technology-enabled transformations with focus on SAP and ERP implementations.
• Shape change strategies to help organizations transition to new processes, systems, and ways of
• Combine stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, training, and adoption measurement.
• Collaborate with leadership, business stakeholders, project teams, and consulting partners to build
• Help manufacturing organizations navigate transformation while minimizing disruption.
• Own OCM planning, execution, governance, and continuous monitoring across major initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading Organizational Change Management initiatives for large-scale ERP or
• Strong knowledge of SAP platforms, with SAP S/4HANA experience preferred.
• Experience developing change communication strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, readiness
• Knowledge of organizational design, transition planning, and change impact analysis.
• Experience in manufacturing environments is required.
