🎯 Requirements

Proven experience leading OCM for large ERP/technology programs.
Strong SAP/SAP S/4HANA experience preferred.
Experience developing change comms, engagement plans, and adoption metrics.
Expertise in org design, transition planning, and impact analysis.
Manufacturing industry experience is required.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills.
