📋 Description

• As part of the Future of Work (FOW) initiative, regularly tracking, reporting, and analyzing the

• Regularly tracking FOW KPIs, coordinating with internal teams on risky issues or matters requiring
• Analyzing issues raised in tickets, following up on necessary actions, and ensuring processes run
• Maintaining strong communication with different teams to track work and, when necessary

🎯 Requirements

• Preferably a graduate of a department such as Mathematics, Engineering, or Economics
• With at least 1 year of experience
• Proficient in English at an advanced level and able to use it actively
• Hardworking, highly resilient, and strong at following through on tasks
• Able to establish strong cause-and-effect relationships, an analytical thinker with strong
• Strong in data analysis and reporting, with a knack for working with large datasets and deriving
