🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Organizational Development, HR, Business
• 15+ years of progressive experience in Organizational Effectiveness, Organizational Development, or
• A keen understanding of how HR strategy links to business strategy, with the ability to define
• Experience with organizational diagnostic tools that enable organizational assessments and surface
• Understanding of the talent management lifecycle and how workforce planning informs decisions to
• Expertise using consultative approaches to partner with business leaders, balancing strong business
