OS Senior Associate - CPG

📋 Description

• Own complex CPG accounting areas from start to finish, including trade promotion accruals
• Perform inventory accounting across different fulfillment models, including landed cost
• Apply appropriate COGS structures and gross-to-net revenue accounting across retail
• Manage co-packer, contract manufacturer, and supplier accruals with accurate supporting
• Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations for complex balance sheet and income
• Manage assigned month-end close activities end-to-end according to client calendars and established

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field is required; Chartered Accountant
• 3–6 years of professional accounting experience with hands-on ownership of complex accounting
• Demonstrated CPG accounting experience is essential, with practical knowledge of trade promotion
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and practical experience applying it to journal entries
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel; experience with NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Cin7
• Experience in outsourced accounting, shared services, or BPO environments supporting US-based
