Lead OT security monitoring design and deployment across ICS/SCADA/DCS/IIoT.
Serve as the highest escalation point; lead incident response and threat hunting.
Design OT monitoring architecture, asset visibility, and secure telemetry collection.
Install and configure OT SIEMs (Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel, FortiSIEM, Elastic).
Develop detection rules, dashboards, and OT-specific playbooks.
Lead customer engagements on-site/remote, deliver workshops, and troubleshoot.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Cybersecurity/Electronics/Industrial Automation.
6–10 years in OT cybersecurity, ICS/SCADA monitoring, or related security engineering.
Hands-on OT monitoring and SIEM tech: Nozomi Guardian, Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel, Elastic.
Deep knowledge of ICS/SCADA/DCS/PLC/RTU/HMI and asset visibility.
Strong OT networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS.
Experience with Wireshark, Nmap, PowerShell, Linux/Windows, REST APIs.
