OTC – Collections (Executive and Senior Executive)

📋 Description

• Contact customers to collect overdue payments via email, phone, or portals
• Review AR aging to prioritize collection efforts and resolve disputes
• Monitor payment promises and follow up; post collections before financial close
• Escalate high-risk/unresponsive accounts to senior management
• Provide inputs to finance for cash flow forecasting and maintain audit records

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Collections; working knowledge of SAP Finance module
• Experience in shared services/customer-facing environment
• Understanding of AR cycle, SOPs, and Excel metrics
• Good verbal and written communication; able to work in a high-growth, changing environment
• Self-motivated; able to collaborate with colleagues at all levels
