📋 Description

• High-volume outbound cold calls to prospects
• Identify and qualify leads and decision-makers
• Schedule meetings for the sales team
• Execute multi-channel outreach including: cold calls, LinkedIn, email, SMS
• Research target accounts and personalize outreach
• Meet or exceed outreach and meeting quotas

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3+ years experience in cold calling, SDR, lead gen, or outbound sales
• 50-100+ outbound calls daily
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Experience using LinkedIn for prospecting
• Familiarity with email outreach tools and CRMs
• Self-motivated and results-driven
