Outbound Growth Operations Lead (GHL)

📋 Description

• Build the full outbound stack: GoHighLevel workflows/pipelines/AI agents, cold email infrastructure
• Automate handoffs between tools so manual copy-paste goes to zero
• Run and optimize daily: monitor inboxes/LinkedIn, triage replies, route positive replies into
• Track deliverability, reply rates, show rates per campaign/client; run A/B tests on lists, copy
• Spot and fix problems early (domain health, sender bans, broken automations)
• Weekly report with numbers, learnings, next steps; keep SOPs current

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in B2B outbound, growth ops, or RevOps with campaigns you personally built and ran
• Hands-on GoHighLevel experience building workflows/automations (not just CRM usage)
• Cold email deliverability work (ideally Instantly)
• Clay or similar enrichment tools + intent/buying signals
• LinkedIn outreach at scale (HeyReach, Expandi, Dripify, etc.)
• Clear, fluent English; comfortable leading live calls with US/UK founders
