Outbound Planning Manager

📋 Description

• Lead a team of two specialists in outbound planning.
• Set strategic direction for Outbound Planning aligned with supply chain goals.
• Ensure optimal product availability across stores and balance KPIs.
• Drive S&OP processes with key stakeholders.
• Own store replenishment performance: service levels, stock, forecast alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, and data.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Supply Chain Management with store replenishment planning.
• Proven leadership experience or ability to lead.
• Strong business understanding to translate strategy into execution.
• Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with S&OP processes and supply chain optimization.
• Fluent in English; Danish is an advantage.
