Outbound Product Manager — Identity Focus

📋 Description

• Own the EA-to-GA motion for Identity Threat Protection launch: demos, deep dives, POVs.
• Test messaging in live deals; diagnose competitive loss reasons—product vs framing gaps.
• Brief PM with pattern analysis across accounts; document a playbook for SE enablement at GA.
• Transition to owning identity product area; ongoing lifecycle ownership and adoption diagnostics.
• Provide consultative escalation support on complex identity situations; grow into advanced cases.
• Partner with Product Marketing on identity messaging and competitive positioning.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years as SE/Systems Engineer in identity security (IAM/IGA/PAM/SSO).
• Deep knowledge of identity security: authentication flows, access patterns, privilege escalation.
• Has worked in a pre-launch/early-stage product environment with a playbook built from scratch.
• Strong written and verbal communication; translate identity conversations into pattern-based narratives.
• Credible with tech buyers and security teams; comfortable in deep-dives and roadmap reviews.
• Operated in field intelligence/outbound roles (SE/OPM) focused on pattern insights.
