🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of sales experience, with hands-on prospecting or cold outreach (calls, emails, D2D, or
• Track record of hitting or exceeding activity and pipeline targets
• Clear, persuasive communicator who can handle objections and keep a conversation moving
• Organized and consistent about pipeline follow-up and CRM hygiene
• Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) daily
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free space to work from home
