• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving any issues
• Maintain or exceed key performance indicators as set by your manager
• Increase iFIT and Warranty subscription revenue and memberships
• Drive product sales through outbound campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1–3 years of proven telephone sales or chat sales experience
• Proficient in typing at 50–60 WPM
• Experience with CRM software
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
