• Prospect and engage a dedicated database of outbound leads through high-volume phone calls and
• Qualify prospects by identifying their needs, business context, level of interest, and potential
• Generate high-quality sales opportunities and consistently schedule appointments for regional sales
• Manage and update prospect information, activities, and opportunities accurately within HubSpot CRM.

🎯 Requirements

• At least two years of outbound, phone-based sales experience.
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance goals.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to confidently engage prospects by phone.
• Strong written communication skills for email outreach and follow-up.
• Experience using CRM platforms; HubSpot experience is preferred.
• B2B SaaS sales experience is a plus.

🎁 Benefits

• $22.50 per hour base pay (approx. $46,000 annualized before commissions)
• Uncapped commission with strong earning potential
