• Recruit, hire, and train outbound sales reps
• Build a high-performing remote outbound team
• Ensure agents communicate professionally with U.S. homeowners
• Create scripts, call flows, and training materials
• Source homeowner data and prospect lists
• Identify and manage lead sources and data providers

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in home services (roofing, remodeling, restoration, HVAC, etc.)
• Experience managing outbound sales or appointment-setting teams
• Experience with cold calling and outbound lead generation
• Experience hiring, training, and managing lower-cost remote teams
• Experience sourcing homeowner leads and prospect lists
• Strong sales management and coaching skills
