Use data to spot trends in claims, costs, and performance for continuous improvement.
Ensure SKU audits and clean data to support scalable fulfillment ops.

🎯 Requirements

Experience managing outbound transport, parcel ops, or ecommerce fulfillment.
Hands-on knowledge of UK/EU carrier networks and escalation management.
Experience with OMS/WMS (e.g., Linnworks) and Amazon Seller Central.
Advanced Excel and Power BI for operational costs and performance.
Ability to manage shipping data, claims, and rate management with high accuracy.
