📋 Description

• Make 400–500 outbound calls per day using an auto-dialer.
• Follow approved scripts to qualify prospects for home and auto insurance.
• Deliver qualified live transfers to licensed U.S.-based insurance agents.
• Meet or exceed monthly live transfer benchmarks.
• Maintain professionalism across high call volumes.
• Adhere to SOPs and training guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in telemarketing or high-volume call centers.
• Experience with scripted outbound calling.
• Prior insurance experience (home and/or auto) is a plus.
• Experience with live transfer sales models is a plus.
• Clear, fluent English with strong comprehension.
• Tech: Windows 10/11 or Mac OS; Google Chrome; backup internet; headset + webcam.
