📋 Description

• Recruit eligible youth for Job Corps Program.
• Interface with outreach contractors to determine enrollment eligibility.
• Conduct outreach in communities, agencies, Job Centers, and events.
• Orient and interview applicants (parents for minors).
• Process applicant files: data entry and e-file scanning; QA checks.
• Coordinate travel for applicants; attend required staff trainings.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, or related field.
• Associate’s degree in related field with two years related experience.
• Experience working with diverse youth.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of employment with acceptable driving record.
