📋 Description

• Build and maintain partnerships with schools, youth programs, community centers, social service agencies, local businesses.
• Participate in outreach events, presentations, info sessions, tabling, festivals, and community fairs.
• Maintain a consistent monthly outreach schedule and meet required activity levels.
• Promote opportunities to underserved and underrepresented groups in your area.
• Lead generation & eligibility preparation: introduce the program to young adults and assess basic eligibility.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and accurately enter new leads into tracking systems; follow up quickly to maintain momentum.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of a 2-year degree required (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Experience in community outreach, youth engagement, sales, customer service, recruiting, or similar fields.
• Strong comfort with online systems, digital communication, and data entry.
• Ability to work independently with strong follow‑through and time management.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily within your assigned county.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism at all times.
