• Recruit eligible youth for the Job Corps Program.
• Conduct outreach in communities, agencies, and public events.
• Meet departmental and center goals and objectives.
• Conduct orientations and interviews; involve parents for minors.
• Process applicant files (data entry, e-file scans).
• Participate in departmental meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong public speaking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Computer literacy: Internet, email, WordPerfect/MS Word.
• Evening/weekend availability and ability to travel.
• Bachelor’s or Associate in related field; two years youth program experience.
