Outreach & Enrollment Coordinator

📋 Description

• Answer calls from prospective participants and convert inquiries to home visits
• Assign enrollments to the Benefits Coordinator for financial verification
• Demonstrate knowledge of MOEE Playbook
• Schedule visits, assessments, and transportation
• Aid MOEE Director in meetings using Salesforce to document tasks
• Assist with PR, marketing, outreach, and enrollment projects

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree in a relevant field, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Two years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable means of transportation
• Experience in Salesforce, MS Office Suite, and/or Athena preferred
