Outreach & Enrollment Trainer

📋 Description

• Build and run 30/60/90-day training plans for new O&E hires.
• Deliver onsite and remote trainings; align with supervisors and markets.
• Create and maintain competency checklists; ensure reps are ready.
• Coordinate shadowing, call/field coaching, and feedback for new hires.
• Lead center cohorts through ramp and training readiness and compliance.
• Support Growth team's efforts to educate and enroll participants.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in sales/outreach with coaching onboarding; LMS experience.
• Excellent communication and high EQ; strong facilitation.
• Experience designing training programs and competency frameworks.
• Medicare/Medi-Cal outreach or healthcare sales experience.
• Familiarity with CMS marketing compliance and TPMO guidelines.
• Willingness to travel; Spanish bilingual preferred; Bachelor's degree preferred.
