📋 Description

• Work closely with Inside Sales, After Sales, Credit, and other internal teams to strengthen dealer
• Bring Cannondale's commercial strategy to life, building a future-ready retail network that's
• Drive active sales and deliver top-tier service to dealers across your territory
• Support dealers with marketing tools and guidance to help grow their business
• Lead distribution efforts and play a key role in territory growth
• Support accounts receivable efforts and ensure timely collections

🎯 Requirements

• An Education in Sales or a Bachelor's degrees in the field of economics, international business
• An extensive network within the territory to manage and activate in the cycling, sports or outdoor
• Experience in a similar position and within cycling, sports or outdoor industry
• Excellent team-player attitude, with strong motivation, drive, and communication capabilities
• Absolutely convinced of the importance of results and timelines
• Willing to travel, with willingness to work in a remote environment
