Coordinate and initiate outreach and engagement activities in communities
Identify opportunities to collaborate with community orgs to generate qualified leads
Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders and partners
Develop monthly marketing plans to achieve monthly enrollment goals with MOE Director
Educate community referral sources about WelbeHealth’s services

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or healthcare administration preferred
DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire
1+ year of sales/marketing experience; healthcare or senior care setting preferred
Experience with Salesforce, Athena, or similar CRM/tools
