Outsourcing and Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Drive PIL outsourcing framework maturity; own policies and committees.
• Govern lifecycle: schedule risk assessments, due diligence, exit tests.
• Design and maintain dashboards to track provider metrics.
• Identify negative trends and capacity bottlenecks; alert management.
• Be primary contact for provider performance and capacity planning.
• Report outsourcing performance and risk posture to PIL Board and regulators.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with outsourcing governance and regulatory frameworks (finance).
• Strong knowledge of EBA guidelines and Irish outsourcing obligations.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments; manages multiple priorities.
• Collaborative, adaptable communicator with stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving using data to simplify complexity.
