Outsourcing Customer Service Rep

📋 Description

• Work with vendors for outsourced work to ensure they are providing quality service and on time
• Enter outsourced work as well as invoicing and shipping issues.
• Marking up orders, checking MICR specs, reviewing all order information.
• Entering and verifying outsourced orders via Autobatch and the custom outsourcing system.
• Communicating with vendors and other internal departments.
• Completing logs/reports daily, faxing, assembling of orders, pricing, typing of quotes.

🎯 Requirements

• Computer experience (Excel or Windows) preferred
• Knowledge of paper types and inks also a bonus
• A complete knowledge of plant produced products and check-side products produced a plus
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; as well as strong math and
• Must be a team player and work well under pressure
• Demonstrate a proven ability to take on increased sales responsibility
