Overnight Digital Triage Registered Nurse

📋 Description

• Triage and provide clinical support for incoming patient communications
• Conduct phone assessments of clinical symptoms to determine the best path of care
• Assist in developing processes and systems for urgent care and virtual triage
• Collaborate with clinical care teams to provide excellent patient care to primary and urgent care patients

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed RN with 2+ years clinical triage experience (ER or primary care preferred)
• Active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
• Active RN licenses in NY, NV, MI, MN, OR, CA, MA, CT or IL a plus
• Excellent knowledge of chronic disease states and high-acuity clinical environments; experience with clinical phone assessments
• Experience communicating urgent needs to diverse patients and across teams; skilled in written communication and technology
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
