• Manage end-to-end process: shortlisting, docs, submission, visa, admission
• Conduct outbound calls to allocated leads to hit targets
• Counsel students on courses and college shortlisting
• Pre-departure briefing and post-admission support
• Liaise with universities and agents globally

• Experience in overseas education counselling
• Fluent in English
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Lead generation and conversion abilities
• Basic Excel, Email, Internet skills
