OWA Member Support Specialist

📋 Description

• Coordinate essential administrative and operational activities, including new member onboarding
• Provide technical support during online events, introduce speakers, facilitate Q&A sessions
• Maintain the alliance's digital ecosystem, including Salesforce, Strapi, Mailchimp, Vimeo, Slack
• Independently plan, deliver, and continuously improve key initiatives, including the mentorship
• Assist with grant programs, travel awards, and other cross-functional initiatives by supporting
• Maintain an organized operational knowledge base by developing, reviewing, and updating standard

🎯 Requirements

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and
• Working knowledge of digital tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, website content management
• A proactive, self-directed approach to work, with the ability to operate independently and respond
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A collaborative and respectful working style, with the ability to build effective relationships
• Strong skills in data gathering, tracking, analysis, and reporting.
