Owner Experience Manager

📋 Description

• Primary lifecycle owner for Pacaso owners in a region.
• Serve as relationship-driven contact from onboarding to resale.
• Own onboarding, first-stay milestones, and expectations.
• Monitor engagement, usage, and owner health; intervene when needed.
• Advise on calendar strategy and demand-based usage.
• Coordinate resale workflows and cross-functional support.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in luxury hospitality, high-end real estate, or premium client services.
• Lives within driving distance of Lake Tahoe.
• Experience managing high-value client relationships across a full lifecycle.
• Strong consultative, retention, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Working knowledge of real estate pricing dynamics and transaction processes.
• Able to manage a regional portfolio with accountability for engagement, retention, and resale outcomes.
