P2p Data & Automation Analyst

📋 Description

• Own designated P2P sub-processes end to end — intake-to-PO, invoice exception handling, supplier
• Translate pain points into structured requirements and solution designs within the Finance Data
• Design, deploy, and scale automations directly within business workflows and systems (ZIP, SAP
• Release minimum viable automations in weeks; measure usage and iterate with data-driven feedback.
• Build and maintain P2P datasets, dashboards, and metrics; report against them in quarterly rhythms.
• Own adoption of what you build; design training, launch communications, and change-management

🎯 Requirements

• 4–8 years in data analytics, process automation, or operations within P2P, procurement, or finance
• Hands-on SQL and Python; workflow/integration tooling (iPaaS, RPA, or native platform automation)
• Working knowledge of P2P systems and data — ERP (SAP or NetSuite), procurement platforms (ZIP), and
• Experience operating within a data governance framework (certified data sources, data quality
• Change-management fluency: driving adoption through training, communications, and stakeholder
• Strong prioritization and stakeholder management; able to manage busy intake and communicate
