P2P Operations Intern (Latam Regions)

📋 Description

• Monitor regional P2P performance metrics like transaction volume, competitiveness, dispute rates
• Identify operational bottlenecks and compile data-driven insights for the team
• Research regional market trends, payment methods, and competitive landscape
• Compile reports on merchant feedback and user behavior patterns
• Support merchant onboarding processes, documentation, and communication
• Support execution of regional growth campaigns and track performance

🎯 Requirements

• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with data and spreadsheets
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish/Portuguese
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Available for minimum 3 months, full-time or part-time (>=4 days/week)
• Prior internship or project experience in operations or fintech preferred
