📋 Description

• Lead P2P platform development: Own, maintain, and expand internally developed Procure-to-Pay
• Modernize analytics and reporting: Enhance reporting capabilities, improve data accessibility, and
• Drive AI and automation initiatives: Identify, evaluate, pilot, and scale artificial intelligence
• Collaborate on process improvement: Partner with global process owners, procurement, operations
• Manage technology delivery: Lead offshore development resources when required, overseeing project
• Strengthen governance and controls: Establish and maintain governance across the P2P technology

🎯 Requirements

• Education and professional experience: A bachelor's degree combined with at least eight years of
• Industry experience: At least two years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, medical
• ERP expertise: Familiarity with enterprise resource planning platforms such as SAP, Oracle
• P2P process knowledge: Strong understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes, including
• Digital transformation experience: Demonstrated experience leading technology implementations
• Platform and analytics capabilities: Experience with dashboards, reporting, business-owned digital
