P2P Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own the product planning and iteration of the P2P trading platform, continuously improving trading
• Design and optimize core P2P trading flows, including Ads sequence, request matching, order
• Improve transaction conversion and completion rates by optimizing user journeys, payment
• Analyze transaction risks and abnormal scenarios (e.g. payment disputes, fraudulent behavior, order
• Design trust and protection mechanisms for buyers and sellers, including escrow processes, appeal
• Monitor key P2P metrics such as order completion rate, dispute rate, liquidity, transaction volume

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience in P2P marketplaces, second-hand trading platforms
• Strong understanding of marketplace transaction models, user behavior, and trust & safety
• Ability to analyze complex user problems and optimize transaction flows through data-driven
• Strong user experience mindset, with the ability to design efficient and intuitive trading
• Excellent cross-functional communication and project management skills, with the ability to
• Familiarity with fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or platform governance mechanisms is a plus.
