Oversee delivery and performance of the P2P team (invoices, payments, vendor mgmt)
Set and manage day-to-day goals and priorities of the teams.
Recruit new team members.
Ensure timely, compliant invoice payments; partner with suppliers and customers.
Identify process improvements and drive onboarding across ops teams.
Manage workload and deadlines; coach P2P staff.

🎯 Requirements

Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; additional qualifications desirable.
Minimum 10 years AP experience in multi-entity environment; 2+ years in lead position.
Experience managing people, training, development and performance management.
Hands-on NetSuite OneWorld experience preferred.
Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) required.
Excellent English communication skills with global stakeholders.
