P2P Team Lead

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day P2P team delivering supplier invoices and employee expenses.
• Ensure payable transactions are accurate, efficient, and compliant.
• Onboard, train, and coach team members; provide technical guidance.
• Process invoices and expenses in NetSuite OneWorld.
• Resolve invoice exceptions and payment inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure on-time payments.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years Accounts Payable or P2P experience in a multi-entity environment.
• Experience leading or coaching an AP/P2P team.
• Hands-on NetSuite OneWorld experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills with PivotTables and VLOOKUPs.
• Excellent English communication with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Strong invoice processing, data entry, and reconciliation.
