Package Manager - Roads

📋 Description

• Oversee all aspects of the road package within the project timeline and budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategy for the road package.
• Contribute to plans, budgets and schedules for the road package.
• Lead road construction team across earthworks, pavement, drainage and utilities.
• Review drawings for cost-saving and value engineering opportunities.
• Ensure procurement, quality, safety and compliance with standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field; Master's preferred.
• Extensive experience managing steel structure packages for large projects.
• Ability to set targets, monitor activities and report progress.
• Budget management experience and decisive decision making.
• Experience with Chinese subcontractors preferred; strong English and French skills.
