📋 Description

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop a comprehensive strategy for the road package.
• Contribute to the development of project plans, budgets, and schedules for the road package.
• Lead and manage the road construction team across earthworks, pavement, drainage, and utilities.
• Review design drawings and specifications for cost-saving opportunities and value engineering.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Enforce health and safety protocols and ensure compliance with road construction standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree
• Extensive experience managing steel structure packages for very large building projects.
• Able to anticipate and set challenging targets, while monitoring simultaneous activities.
• Result oriented, you plan, monitor and report progress.
• Manage your own project budget and take effective decisions based on personal confidence.
• Excellent English language skills and also French. Experience with Chinese subcontractors preferred.
