🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering; master's preferred.
• Experience managing steel structure packages for large projects.
• Ability to set targets and monitor concurrent activities.
• Result oriented; plan, monitor and report progress.
• Budget management and decisive decision-making.
• Experience with Chinese subcontractors preferred.
