📋 Description

• Executing tasks assigned by department leadership
• Measuring, packaging, and labeling products
• Compares product with product standards to ensure quality
• Maintaining a sanitary work environment
• Safely transport products from workspace to storage area
• Ensure all functions meet quality and compliance standards

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year (2-3 preferred) of hands-on factory/manufacturing experience with goals
• Strong attention to detail; adhere to strict policies and procedures
• Ability to measure, package, and label precisely
• Effective time-management and multi-tasking
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Proficiency with Windows-based software and POS; a plus
• Exposure to plant material, pollen and dust
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and perform repetitive hand motions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level
