Packaging Lead - 3rd Shift

📋 Description

• Assist in managing the filling and packaging of products.
• Lead the packaging/filling rooms and coordinate workers.
• Ensure product quality through SOP adherence and staff training.
• Review batch records and calculate yields for finished goods.
• Maintain smooth production flow and resolve issues.
• Conform to cGMP procedures and SOPs.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years’ manufacturing experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Consistent and punctual attendance.
• Proficient with standard computer software and hardware.
