Packaging Lead - Aesthetics

📋 Description

• Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel in following
• Leads the packaging/filling rooms and coordinate activities of workers engaged in filling and
• Evaluate and improve work processes resolving problem areas
• Ensure product quality through a commitment to SOP adherence and training of packaging employees
• Assist in staffing the production areas and ensure employees demonstrate a commitment to maximizing
• Reviews batch record entries for accuracy. Reconciles components issued to batch

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years’ experience in a manufacturing facility
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people from all backgrounds
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills
• Basic math skills
• Consistent and punctual attendance
• Must be quality driven with good attention to detail but also be able to work in a fast-paced
