Packaging Operator III

📋 Description

• Support setup, changeover and packaging of pharmaceutical products
• Assist in line operations on finishing line(s) with minimal supervision
• Maintain safety and quality during production and line maintenance
• Perform housekeeping and line clearances as required
• Contribute to cross-functional improvements and schedule alignment
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues to improve efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• High school or equivalent; technical cert/degree preferred
• Good quality focus and adherence to site policies
• Ability to communicate with engineering/mechanical teams
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new programs
• Familiarity with POMs, SAP, MAXIMO preferred
• Knowledge of cGMP; able to stand 8–12 hrs/day, lift 25 lbs, 40–60 hrs/wk
