Packaging Operator III, UD Pack - A1 Shift

📋 Description

• Perform packaging of pharmaceutical products on UD Pack lines (A1 shift: 7am-7:30pm; Sun–Tue and
• Support setup, changeover and packaging to meet production requirements.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and 6S practices; communicate improvement opportunities
• Operate automated and semi-automated equipment with minimal supervision.
• Complete line clearances, line maintenance, and in-process checks as needed.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment and optimize line efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• High school education or equivalent; technical cert/degree preferred.
• Knowledge of POMs, SAP, MAXIMO preferred; strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to stand 8-12 hours/day and lift up to 25 lbs; willing to work 40-60 hours/week as needed.
• Familiarity with cGMP requirements; maintain quality and compliance with site policies.
• Basic computer skills; ability to learn new programs quickly.
• Maintain safety and quality culture; work with engineering/mechanical teams as required.
