Packaging Palletizer Operator

📋 Description

• Turn off equipment in case of malfunction and notify supervisor or Maintenance.
• Check for tab locks and unjam machines and conveyors by stopping them and removing materials.
• Inspect and observe cartons, carriers, partitions for obvious defects, check fiber tears and glue
• Remove wrap and straps from pallet load, cut bands, unload cartons and carriers from pallets.
• Check and keep automatic glue dispenser operating and filled with glue.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to work a 12-hour night shift, as well as holidays and weekends as required
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs. on a regular basis
• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour, rotating shifts
