📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day shift operations and resource planning for the Visual Inspection and Packaging team
• Supervise packaging activities to ensure work follows approved instructions and schedules, making

🎯 Requirements

• A third-level degree in a relevant discipline
• Two to five years of experience in a supervisory role
• At least two years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry
• Experience working in an inspection or packaging environment
• A clear understanding of working in a regulated environment
• Strong organizational, leadership, communication and motivational skills
