Packaging Testing Technician

📋 Description

• Receiving customer samples and logging in Shipping/Receiving log.
• Conduct transit and package integrity testing per ASTM/ISTA/customer protocol.
• Add sample info to Laboratory Inventory Management System (LIMS) and may generate a work order.
• Prepare test evidence reports.
• Entry-level data review and reporting per good documentation practices.
• Maintain records of packaging testing.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in Engineering, Packaging, or related field with 3–5 years packaging experience.
• Production testing or related industry is desired but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer literacy.
• Knowledge of ASTM standards is desired.
• Ability to lift bulky items up to 30 lbs, climb, bend and reach without restriction.
