Paid Ads Specialist

📋 Description

• The Paid Ads Specialist will manage, optimize paid campaigns, ensuring measurable results.
• Develop strategies across Google Search, YouTube, Meta Ads, Local Services Ads.
• Monitor performance, budgets, conversions, and ROAS to drive lead gen.
• Analyze data and extract insights for growth opportunities.
• Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, keywords, budgets.
• Manage campaign structures, targeting, bidding, and optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years managing paid ads, especially Google Ads.
• Proven ROAS, lead gen optimization experience.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and other platforms.
• Agency experience with US-based clients preferred.
• Healthcare/medical marketing experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data.
