Paid Ads Specialist (Google + Meta)

📋 Description

• Manage and scale Google Ads account spending over $100,000/month across Search, Performance Max
• Build Meta advertising account from scratch, establish campaign structures and testing frameworks
• Analyze first-party customer data, CRM segments, search terms, customer lists, and audience signals
• Research customer reviews, sales conversations, support tickets, forums, and competitor advertising
• Develop static ads, UGC-style videos, and motion creatives using AI tools, collaborating with
• Set budgets, bids, and performance targets based on unit economics including contribution margin

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on paid acquisition experience, with direct responsibility for building
• Proven experience personally managing at least $50,000 per month in Google Ads spend.
• Strong knowledge of automated bidding strategies (target ROAS, target CPA, value-based bidding
• Demonstrated experience building a Meta advertising account from scratch.
• Strong understanding of unit economics (margins, AOV, LTV, payback periods, break-even CAC).
• Experience optimizing campaigns for new-customer revenue rather than total conversions alone.
